Waiting time is still long without the crowd ... Owner should manage his skills on Restaurant City. BUT ! The food makes up for it. Sigh, Reminds me of one Tow Kay that sells char kway tiao in Newton.

Come for the jazz music and excellent steak! Possibly the best steak this side of Singapore :D didn't like the oriental chicken tho

RIDICULOUS! Bought a jug of whiskey and they won't even give a small glass of plain water unless you pay for mineral water?! WTH. Lousy attitudes on their part as well.
