Jiahui LiJune 30, 2012Looks like an old, family run business. Table cloth is dirty. Though the food is served hot, the quality and taste has much room for improvement. The mushroom soup is watery too.- pin leeJanuary 1, 2015Found out to my horror today that Borshch steakhouse is no longer at serangoon gardens :(. A new eatery is where it used to be. Another victim of the economy and high rentals ?
