If you are traveling from Tampines to Bugis, the east west line provides a much faster timing than the downtown line as the DTL takes one big round to travel from one place to another.

ArimaFebruary 18, 2012There is a free shuttle bus to ikea, giant for every ten minutes in the weekend.
Take to short detour to Pasir Ris to avoid the morning rush crowd and find yourself a nice seat for the long journey ahead!

This station gets crowded during rush hour. One of the busiest station in Singapore. A lot of amenities.
- One of the best MRT station. Lots of shopping malls within the vicinity.
Avoid peak hours if possible. Everyone rushing home ~~ do some spare time shopping around :x

The food stall beside the train station handicap toilet sell expensive food. Speed of serving is very slow. Unless have extra $ + time, I won't choose to buy from there

A place you can hang out w friends cause it has many shopping areas.
Don't hog the escalators. Keep left so that others who are in a hurry can go through on the right. If you forget, check your blind spots and make way.
