Our apt. Complex just threw the best ever free Crawfish Boil! They throw many guest events throughout year & safe place to live! Lived here for 3 years so far & probably renewing lease! Awesome pools- Tammy McMillanJune 29, 2013Parking is non existent after 5pm and they have triple the handicap spaces than required and unused. Pet deposit and pet rent is pure theft! But pool, floor plans and staff are great.
- There has been a rash if burglaries to autos & motorcycles tbis weekend! 3 cars, in the garage, had all 4 tires & rums stolen & a motorcycle was stolen last night too. Really unsettling. Beware!
- Greg, the weekend evening security guy is very cool, friendly & helpful! He even helped me push my car into a parking place when the battery died out! But, the apt complex has had a rash of thefts!
- Nice apartments, but overpriced, parking sucks, but good location & great pool. Would be great for half the rent! $1050 for a 780 sq. Ft. 1 br is wayyyy tooo much...wish it included a reserved spot!?

Glad there are many other options around the corner! Over and outta here!
- Parking, especially late at night, is always a hike & always a work-out!
- I've lived here for going on 3 years and like it a lot! Fabulous pool and nice exercise room!
- Parking here sucks...especially when u come in late as I often do....rent is astronomical too & I dislike how they now require u to auto pay your rent!?
- The parking here really sucks!!! Last night I came home really late & there were NO PARKING PLACES AVAILABLE?!? I HAD TO PARK OUTSIDE THE COMPLEX & HIKE!!! IT REALLY SUCKED!!!
