Visitors need to park in UNCOVERED parking spots or on the ROOF of the garage. Otherwise they'll get towed...all the way out to chinatown...and have a tow bill of $200+

Don't lock your bikes outside, because some asshole will cut your lock and steal it

Never move here!! Horrible customer service and people skills! Seem nice until you have a problem. Made us move w/o written notice so they could do renovations. Didn't even give a 30 day warning!!
