Char Kuey Teow was incredibly good - the best I ever had in Singapore, it was as good as the above-average ones in Malaysia, and that is really saying something. Prices are on the high side though.

The Penang prawn mee and char kway teow is very good. Must order! The desserts - chendol and gula melaka sago are also good. The Assam laksa was a disappointment though...

ordered Penang Char Kway Teow and requested no bean sprouts. But waiter said chef said all Kway teow must be fried with bean sprouts otherwise the Kway teow will get stuck to the wok!!! SERIOUSLY?????

The Penang Assam Laksa is a must try. The iced ginger milk was really good. The chendol was sold out by 3pm so we did'nt get to try it.

If u only have space for one dish, try try the Char Kway Teow. Veg & fruits Rojak is a nice twist from the norm. Sauce is nicely thick too.

Assam Laksa was very flavourful and perfectly balanced between acidity and savouriness - surpassing most even in Penang itself.

The owner should seriously come down and see how this place is managed. We had to wait for char Kway tiao for 1/2 hour??!! I had finished my food and poor husband was still waiting? No apologies even!

Food wise ok. Service wise ok. Just bring cash and be prepared to pay premium prices ( something like rm 20 for something you can find for rm 2 in Penang )

Horribly slow service! They confused orders so the table who arrived 15 mins after us were served first. The excuse? "Yours fried one, must wait."

I take that back. 45 mins later, I was still waiting for my food. The clueless waitress blamed the chef. No apologies given. WTF?

This place does not accept cards. Good thing I have a 50$ note to pay for a 40$++ meal. Lousy!!!! :(
