- Lisa LeeOctober 21, 2012I'm in love with The Phantom of the Opera! Worth seeing multiple times! Really try to get tickets with good seats so you don't get an obstructed view of the chandelier. Nice to have it above you :)
- foodforfelJune 26, 2013Warning: If you grew up listening to the soundtrack, you might start tearing up when the orchestra hits those first notes and the chandelier starts to rise. (It's an experience.)
- Ubeyd DalmisDecember 17, 2015I'm in love with The Phantom of the Opera! Worth seeing multiple times! Really try to get tickets with good seats so you don't get an obstructed view of the chandelier. Nice to have it above you :) Read more
- Cristiano CorteziaMarch 30, 2019The Phantom of the Opera is just a really good show. I got a non-privileged front mezzanine seat and had a great view of the stage nonetheless. Leg room is not great so come prepared to feel it.
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍October 30, 2018Majestic is a good word to describe this wonderfully ornate classic playhouse. One of the largest NYC theaters that houses the longest running show in Broadway's history "The Phantom of The Opera"
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍October 30, 2018I might suggest purchasing your tickets online. There are plenty of bars inside as well as souvenir shops. Consider ubering to and from the theater as there is absolutely no parking around
- Alexandros PlexidasMay 13, 2016Nice acoustic and great view from the mezzanine' last front seats. We had purchased tickets online and it took us only 5 minutes to enter the place and reach our seats.
- Melissa BurgessFebruary 3, 2015Incredible theatre. Go see Phantom of the Opera! Long line to get in, so you end up waiting down in the basement until seating opens. (Meh). Cash-only concession stand. Enjoy the show!
- GiulianoFebruary 24, 2017Great musical. A classic. If you have never seen a broadway musical, this is the first you should go to.
- Home of the Phantom of the Opera. It's incredibly beautiful and ornate; you are able to see well even on the mezzanines on the rear.
- Peggy RumsonJuly 31, 2019Not a large theater so the inexpensive seats have great views. Phantom of the Opera was outstanding!
- Marcelo CastroJanuary 7, 2016The theather isn't much big, but the view is good from every spot. The phantom of the opera is incredible, really impressive production!
- Jane KohnDecember 1, 2013As soon as intermission starts: RUN to the bathroom as quick as you can because the girls line gets insanely long and you will still be waiting to go when the show starts back up
- .August 21, 2016Phantom of the Opera is the most amazing Broadway show ever! The cast is so talented. Worth every penny.
- Check your program- is Greg Mills on? Well it's your lucky day, he's amazing at every role he plays. Especially the Phantom and Raoul <3
- RyanJune 20, 2012Front mezzanine is great because you can see the whole stage really well, especially above it which is used a lot! The bottom floor underneath it has an obstructed view.
- Vera ShvetsOctober 7, 2013I went here a very long time ago, but i still love it. I want to go again, it's worth every penny.
- L R SmithDecember 11, 2014Great show!!! Only bummer is someone has stuck gum in the seat and I came home to find gum all over pants!! Majestic needs to clean up a lot better!!
- Sofie FeregrinoJune 1, 2017I am a huge fan of the Phantom of the Opera. The play is more than I expected. The Phantom has a great voice. I would see it again.
- Conrad Greiner-BechertMay 9, 2018Phantom of the Opera was amazing. One of the most beautiful theaters on Broadway too from an architectural perspective.
- Gabriel M.May 24, 2018Upper mezzanine seats are not great, but still a reasonably good option if you want to see a Broadway show without breaking the bank.
- Herman SaksonoJanuary 29, 2013One of the best musical ever. Make sure you got orchestra seat but not too close to the stage or you will miss some of the scene.
- montserrat hernandezDecember 4, 2014I love it! The performance, the orchestra music and everything was excellent if you like opera.
- Danni GMay 19, 2013This is the best play best seats are the front Mezzanine so you get a great view of chandelier coming down

- New York HabitatMay 15, 2012Don’t miss Broadway’s longest-running musical! You can catch a show at one of biggest theaters in Midtown: the Majestic!
- Ken SniderOctober 8, 2016Seats are actually more comfortable than you might expect. Front rows have good vantage points, the stage is not too high.
- Ramiro DelgadoDecember 29, 2014Excellent play the phantom of the opera take your time and be 30 minutes before it starts
- Shivram SJanuary 6, 2013Fantastic! Discounted tickets almost always available either in tkts or the theater itself. Don't pay full price
- Emmanuel DornelasJuly 5, 2012Buy your tickets in the theather. The prices could be cheaper then TKTS spot. Dont be shy buying tickets in the back of the theather.
- Giancarlo BonanseaJanuary 2, 2014After the 9pm session you must leave quickly - buy whatever you want before or during the spectacle...
- Justin OrdovezaNovember 20, 2014Great broadway show to bring people who've never seen one. The theatre gets very dark for most of the numbers.

- Ashley VelazquezOctober 16, 2014I had been dying to see this show for years now. Definitely worth my time and money. First time I've ever seen a black Phantom BUT I'm not disappointed. His voice made me tingly all over.
- Lisa ZaythikFebruary 12, 2013Buy the tickets directly in the theater cashiers 5 min before the show starts. You will save at least 70% of cost!
- Johannes SteudleFebruary 11, 2017Nice old theatre 🎭Phantom of the opera is one of my favorite musicals ❤️
- Sirisha KuradaApril 17, 2015Still standing in awe! It's easy to forget it is live and not a movie. And the chandelier... My my!
- Miriam FemerlingApril 22, 2015The theatre is beautiful, and TPOTO is one of the most magical musicals ever!
- Paddy ForanDecember 2, 2014High school staff are better and more friendly. Don't bother showing up early, they'll dump you in a basement after making you wait. Prepare to be seated last. Good luck if you can't do stairs.
- Alex OstroushkoOctober 1, 2014That was awesome!!! Actors, music, decorations all was on the highest level!
