- Natalia PapakyriazisNovember 18, 2016If you want vegan junk food, this is it. Off menu Big Mac and garlic fries were good. They also have a huge selection of all vegan desserts.
- I haven't had anything from here that wasn't excellent. I especially love the off-menu Big Mac. It is amazing. As an omnivore, if I didn't know it was vegan, I wouldn't have guessed it.
- Lysle SApril 7, 2013Great service and AMAZING food. I had the fried chicken and it was so delicious. Amazingly crispy. Great mashed potatoes but didn't come with gravy so need to ask for it. Prob my favorite LA food
- Steven WakuuJanuary 24, 2019FRIED CHICKEN BASKET: Crispy & flaky (but on the smaller side, 2 pieces) Mac & cheese was great. Intrigued by the sharpness of the cheese. ANIMAL STYLE FRIES: Just like in-n-out! Ample Parking (Yaaas)
- Epic vegan "comfort food". Get the off menu Big Mac, hot wings, pulled pork, nachos and/or the western cheeseburger. Not for healthy vegans. They also have beer and tasty desserts.
- This is my absolute favorite restaurant in LA. Try the Buffalo legs, and the off the menu Big Mac..both good enough to fool a meat eater. Try as much as you can, nothing here is bad
- Time Out Los AngelesMay 13, 2015On their secret menu is the Holy Grail of junk food: The Doomie's Big Mac. This monsterpiece of a meal might be better than the original. You can easily split this dish with a friend.
- Veronica ChaviraJuly 15, 2018Vegan comfort food in the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. Shrimp Po Boy, Philly Cheesesteak and Fried Chicken are a few of my favorites. All made with vegan ingredients.
- Matt (@VeganCheesehead) CrotteauDecember 11, 2015Vegan food that cannot be matched. Best dairy free desserts, deep-fried Oreos, and appetizers. Vegan comfort food.
- Walker SmithApril 25, 2013Get there classic burger. Not only is it the beat burger I have ever had, but it has become my favorite meal ever. And it's vegan! Get it. You won't be disappointed.
- Rasheed DMay 23, 2015The Western Burger was good! Fried Oreos a la mode were delicious. Jalopeno poppers were great too. I'm down with their vegan ways. Service could improve though.
- Wanted to wait until I got the full experience before writing a tip (8th visit). You wont get better southern food in CA. Vegan or otherwise. BUT you better be a camel, you rarely get refills.
- The western burger reminds me of the ones I used to eat back in the day at carls jr, but better. Also try the chili cheese fries, nachos, deep fried Oreos, fried chicken, and mac and cheese! Yum!!
- Crystal FauntMarch 1, 2020I wish I could try everything here.... settled for the Mac and cheese patty melt and was not disappointed! Will hopefully visit again.
- Steven WakuuJanuary 24, 2019What an amazing place. Good price and lots of food. They make their cheese (soy-based) all in-house.
- Kelly BoneDecember 21, 2013Always choose the salad option or $1.99 add on. Your body will thank you as you devour mounds of vegan fried food after.
- Lala ArakiMarch 7, 2022Hands down my favorite spot when I (the least vegan person ever) am eating out with any of my vegan friends. Be the fat trash person that you are inside, without feeling guilty about any of it later.
- AliciaJanuary 1, 2013Try the Big Mac - #vegan This is not recommended for first dates or small stomachs. AMAZING! Best path to food coma I've taken in a long time.
- A fantastic first choice for anyone being introduced to Vegan cuisine. Top picks are the fried chicken, nachos, pot roast and BBQ pulled pork sandwich to first try out.
- Pamela BrooksDecember 28, 2015Pretty impressive menu. So many options it's hard to choose. The mac and cheese was yummy. Salads were ok, but c'mon you can get a salad anywhere. Try something else! ☺
- Lysle SApril 7, 2013Try the creme brulee! I've never had it in my life and it was amazing. My girlfriend says it taste just like non vegan creme brûlée!
- Lindsay B.October 14, 2011Primarily vegan, but they have real-dairy cheese in stock as well, so you can bring your lacto-ovo friends and everyone will be happy. I like the "chicken" Alfredo.
- The waiter just told a girl "the creme brulee is good at going down and filling in all the nooks and crannies"! He was right!
- Wow, I can't believe this is vegan! Incredible & no difference in taste from the real thing. (Had clam chowder & salisbury steak!)
- M HeiderAugust 18, 2014The most convincing vegan meat I've ever had. Freaked me out a little, but it was soo good! Don't expect a healthy meal here.
- MAKE SURE you get in BEFORE the valet vultures charge you $12 for bogus parking! They set up around 6pm on Fridays, Saturdays & Mondays.
- Dominic Dougherty™August 11, 2014If it's your first time, you have to get the appetizer sampler and the pulled pork
- ᴡ ReillySeptember 19, 2013Vegan goodness! Excellent vegan moon pies for dessert. Tasty Chicken Parmigiana!!
- Eijae ZandersNovember 4, 2018The buffalo chicken sub & buffalo fries are so good!! Finally found a great vegan restaurant

- PETA ManagerOctober 14, 2011Fried Chicken? Jalapeno Poppers? Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich? Doomie's has the best vegan comfort food. Period.
- Ask about the secret menu!!! Come here all the time. great place to eat
- Spicy Chicken Sandwich is tops! Order with extra pickles. Won't disappoint. Bet your meat eating buddies won't be able to tell it's not actually chicken.
- Red velvet cake was too dry and too much cream in it. Horrible. But the spicy chicken burger is incredible!
- ForrestJuly 14, 2017The food here was underwhelming and very VERY GREASY! You're better off making vegan food at home or going to one of the HUNDREDS of other vegan restaurants in LA.
- AliciaJanuary 1, 2013Try the Creme Brulee - #vegan More creamy than custard-y, but unbelievably good!
- It is impossible to have a bad meal here. Currently they only accept cash and the parking lot charges after 6:30pm but it's worth the hassle!!!!
- Frazgo FrazJanuary 15, 2014Good food, can't believe they are vegan as the meat dishes taste like it and have the right mouth feel.
- Gregory SieradzanNovember 10, 2013Try to find street parking on Friday night, because valet will cost you $7.
- The Big Mac is now the Big D. Still just as damn tasty
- Amazing vegan comfort food and huge portions - everything from 'clam' chowder to fried 'chicken'. Yes, please!
