Ground floor has a much fancier interior than the 2nd. Don't order pre-made ice creams like "bonbons", etc. Instead, have a delicious scoops served in a glass or with some turkish sweets.

In all MADOs always third-rate services, it's too annoying. They even cook the bill.. If someone wanna waste time definitely go there!

Service is weak, but you get used to this comment when living in Baku
It has been almost a year that their wifi does not work, and seems like they are not planning to do anything about it!
