- Major setback has to be that there isn't strong phone network signals whilst in there... Not a good place to hideout during war times or checkin foursquare ;)
- XChemStudentFebruary 26, 2011Avoid Shin Kushiya @ Serangoon Gardens! The food is not fresh at all. For good Shin Kushiya, go to the outlet at Vivo. For Jap food at Gardens, head to the Sushi Tei nearby.
