There is a totally awesome hole-in-the-wall burger joint on Main just past the Business college on the right. It's open 24 hrs, cheap, and cash only. It's called Big Poppa. Just go.
I work here, in the One Main building, so of course, I think it's a great school!!!
I have an 8:30 am class. I get to UHD between 30 - 45 mins early just to ensure I find parking near the One Main Building.- Uhd cops are annoying, as is the night class parking situation. Guaranteed to be late to class if you have a 530 and park in faculty garage.

Traffic'll ruin you...even if you walk here. Nothing like a 40-student pile-up because some fat broad has to stop mid waddle to answer her phone. Get some practice in before you take it public, idiot!

It's better to just walk sometimes because the elevator take a ridiculously long time to arrive.
Seriously need to work on options for night time students. The lack of resources for working students is very lacking.
They have a Smoothie King here...too bad I like Jamba Juice
The construction by the Daly parking lot is ridiculous! I recommend coming 45 mins early.
