There is an employee here who always has a smile and is so friendly and helpful! I don't know his name but he has a goatee-like beard. You can't miss him, he's the one with the giant smile!! :)

There are extra outlets downstairs Phoenix R.. Just look where all the booth seating is located you'll find several outlets for your pleasure....

For breakfast, grab a jalapeno cheddar bagel sandwich. (Don't forget to say "sandwich" or you'll just get the bagel.) Nice and toasty.

They bring your order to you at your table! Downstairs is spacious acai berry tea is delicious. Come here instead of Cosi.

Customer service here is meh. They offered table service & we had to go get our own food after it took a long time. Food was delicious tho!
