Emily WilsonFebruary 12, 2017I believe that chocolate chip cookies should absolutely not contain nuts, and Proof gets that. Warm, soft, salty, and rich in chocolate, theirs is a winner.
- Their crossiants are so flaky and buttery, especially love their ham n cheese! Their sandwiches are so tasty! They arent available til noon but usually offer a salumi, turkey, and a vegetarian.

There's an off-menu drink called "the Winston." it consists of 4 shots of espresso, whole milk and agave nectar, served over ice. It tastes like a Vietnamese coffee. Which is to say, delicious.

A chocolate croissant goes perfectly with an @cogcofee Cortado. To really give yourself a treat ask for half & half in your Cortado.
