Nice chill gym that doesn't get too crowded. Wish they hadn't got rid of the paper cups though.

Try the new cardio equipment. Its pretty fancy. Anyone behind the counter can explain how to get started.

Keep the gym clean. Put stuff back where it belongs. And if you're brave, spend 10-15 minutes on the Concept II rowing machine or the VersaClimber.

It takes 3 hours to work off that slice of cheesecake. Get yourself a trainer because that cardio-only thing you keep doing everytime you show up ain't burning it off.
