Like Baczynski, the butcher in the East Village, they offer a variety of Eastern style smoked and house made cured meats and cold cuts. This one feels like even more of a hidden gem.

There's a lot of fresh and cured meat here from several German and Eastern European culinary traditions. Homemade pickles like sauerkraut are another perk.

These people are so friendly, and the prosciutto is incredible. I bought head cheese with mushrooms in it. Why did I do that?

Fabulous old time Pork store/ butcher. Friendly knowledgeable service. Great meats and in house smoked meats
