DC Preservation LeagueAugust 9, 2011The monument to Guglielmo Marconi (1874-1937), was donated by the public in 1941. The monument is the work of Italian-American sculptor Attilio Piccirilli and architect Joseph Freedlander.
Katarina KatsmaNovember 30, 2014Park Marconi apartments across from the statue has a severe infestation of roaches. I have had my apartment sprayed at least 6 times since July but they keep coming back. Move in at your own risk.
