Más Malo wins! I am now a frequent diner whenever I'm in the area. The mock beef and pickle tacos are consistently delicious. With a warm atmosphere and excellent service, I give this place 5-stars!

Order: Mock Ground Beef and Pickle Tacos (no cheese). The tacos came with rice and beans and the tacos were fried in a crispy shell. I would double up on the pickles. Read more

Expect great cocktails, small, flavorful plates a la carte & a memorable selection of salsas. But the real draw here is definitely the stunning space. Hanging at the bar all night would be fine by us. Read more

Super terrific guac. Margaritas just as good. I usually don't go in for the pussy shit flavored ones but the spicy cucumber is kinda absurdly delicious

Definitely try their brunch menu at some point. Bottomless mimosas and an amazing selection of Mexican breakfast inspired dishes!

Malo's cousin, Mas Malo is a fun Downtown L.A. spot perfect for a great dinner prior to a night out on the town! The spicy cucumber margarita is a nice compliment to their baja shrimp tacos.

Nummy food and drinks-- sticklers on the menu-- asked for a bean/cheese burrito at brunch (4:45 and brunch ends at 5) and DENIED--really?! It's on the kids menu. :(

Expensive but ever so tasty. Open pretty late. I recommend eating here and then heading upstairs to Seven Grand for a fun and eventful night.

Apparently at brunch if you order a taco platter, you must get two of the same type of tacos, rather than two different types of hard shell or soft shell. That is lame.

If you get the chewy chips & salsa ('stead of reg chips) know that they're good w/ your cocktail, but might fill you up too much for your appetizer & dinner.

The ground beef and pickle tacos were amazing! Were is the key word. They are not good anymore. They added potatoes to them. The service is not what it used to be. We will not be back!

Go for the drinks- they're amazing! If you are a foodie or even remotely interested in what u eat, don't bother with the very bland dinner menu.

My potato tacos and salad where delicious. Drinks are good. My partners enchiladas where too salty! Skip the guac, nothing special too creamy and lacks flavor.
