If you come to Petopia you knw they won't miss out a thing on pampering your dog. I've heard people complain but those are customers who are stingy and don't treat their dogs like a proper loved one- Anyways I swear by awesome service coz I've been to other places and they don't have what it takes to groom both my show dog and my recused dog w horrible skin problem coz of a bad past owner :)

- Hi Carlene I understand ur situation :) na I'm a customer but a v pleased one :) most of us are maybe it was the recepts fault for not informing u the recept informed me of everything so I'm ok.
- u mentioned u went to Jb and back obviously u incurred day car charges of which they would have informed u, n nv leave ur dog for so long!! Not responsible my dear stresses out the dog in a new place
Den we went jb and when we come bk collect e dog, we were told to pay more than double e price cos they did this extra did that extra etc... It's not a matter of $$ but ethics- Xandra, I seriously doubt we incur any day care charges cos we went jb only for 4 hrs... We haf autoroam too but no calls came... We were shocked at e prices when we collect e dog.. $145.. 2x higher
- They left a deep cut in my dog's ears... I read stomp n saw they also cut another dog accidentally... Coincident or juz pure bad skills? My mum brought my dog there for grooming agreeing on a price

Claire LIDecember 18, 2010The worst service I ever encounter!!! Price is totally outrageous. Better ask in detail before going down. Lots of hidden charges.
- Expensive n the boss there! Act good in front of customer but they treat their employer like shit
- V bad service! $145 for a grooming session for a Maltese! Never coming back again
