Less well known "cousin" of 313 somerset. Tenants keep changing but imperial treasure and cold storage seem to be their anchor tenants.

Even floor elevators are always more crowded than the odd floor when there are more odd floors than even floors, go figure!

Cold storage: if you love Tacos buy the Taco Kit and other ingredients from here. The best place to buy a mexican recipe.

Not very attractive on the bottom floor. Note that even floor lifts are to the left and odd floor lifts are to the right.

This is actually the Singapore Power building! Get your power and water needs sorted out here! Get some cafe style food at the open air cafeteria!
