My grilled cheddar/guac/jalapeño sandwich had neither guac, jalapeños, nor melted cheese. They were very kind about refunding for my unmelted cheese & green chili sandwich at least.

Pro: The cheese is local! Pro: The cheese is fresh! Con: As someone obsessed with cheese, I don't like the bread-to-cheese ratio (more cheese please!). Con: sandwiches are pre-made, no adjustments.

I went in December and there was only one guy working in there. Hopefully he has someone else helping him out otherwise you'll wait awhile. Cheese from Cowgirl Creamery.
