    Very popular destination for foreigners during working hours. Staff is helpful but very slow. Great opportunity for new comers to get familiar with extremely stupid Czech bureaucracy.

    Bring ear plugs and a good book. No wifi or power outlets available. Be prepared for a long wait.

    No queues in Covid times! I was here twice and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Staff can be grumpy but also quite nice. Depends on who you deal with.

    По телевизору показывают разъяснительные ролики с надписями на чешском, вьетнамском и украинском языках. На русском и английском - нет.

    Выдача биометрии теперь не таки где вас снимали, а на "первом" этаже. С улицы надо подняться по лестнице, на двери еще есть надпись "EU"
