- Tomáš PJanuary 5, 2021No queues in Covid times! I was here twice and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Staff can be grumpy but also quite nice. Depends on who you deal with.
- The employees at the EU department are very friendly, but at the non-EU department they are awful…
- Too many people, too slow, difficult to reach them. But offline the staff is polite and professional.
- Be prepared to wait an hour or more even with an appointment.
- No free wifi :/ Free wifi will much improve user experience while waiting several hours in the queue.
