    Whatever it once was, it's over. This Mexicali-inspired Chinese kick doesn't work. The insultingly huge Sedlar plates paired with teeny portions are sometimes acceptable. But not with insipid food.

    Don't go here if you are hungry. Our food took forever. It's like a Tapa's place. You have to order a few plates to get full. Make sure you have a few hours to do this dinner.
