After one class you'll understand why people are so addicted! It's an intense workout with motivational (hot) instructors, good music, and scented candles in darkness. Website for schedule. #nyc
My absolute favorite studio. The instructors are fabulous (Sydney and my fave, Danny), the front staff is so great (Kate and Thomas) and the locker rooms are huge!! Seriously never have a bad time.
Home away from home and a front desk that is beyond the best. No other studio that compares. 💛💛💛

All the teachers are amazing! Jolie is a killer workout, Danny is a sexy dance party, and Marvin is a fun and fabulous time. I love Soul!
Great instructors and a nice layout to the physical studio itself. Unfortunately, the locker rooms and showers are so small and dated.
Elias is new but really good! Great fast pacing and playlist that makes it easy to find the beat.

Charlee is the BEST! She pushes you farther than you thought you could go with perfectly choreographed routines, amazing music and killer energy.

Every soul instructor is truly incredible - but if you want an intense bootcamp esq workout- Aiken is your guy!

Jolie and Jenny will kick your ass in the best way possible, and their music is awesome. Melanie too.

Small space & you'll be bumping into people -- in the locker room or narrow hallway. Since SoulCycle is all 'bout positive energy, just remember to say "Excuse me." Sounds cheesy but it makes a diff.
Gel seats are life-changing! You can grab one by the instructor bike before your ride.
Studio is cramped compared to Tribeca. Classes are as hot as Bikram...so if you like to sweat then go for it. Melanie's class is the jam.
Jenny's 7:30a Monday class is the best way to start your week. The most challenging but the most rewarding. Sets the week off right!
I've tried several instructors and I always come back to Danny. The others are great but Danny is fab.u.lous.
Charlee will kick your ass as she bounces around the room in a semi-sexual way. It's awesome.

Marvin is amazing. High energy and intense workout with unreal music.
Samantha J will kick your butt, great class and a spacious studio.
Sue plays rock and roll music. Wagner plays great music and the class is more soulful. Highly Recommend it.

I didn't think that "I can't stay out too late Friday, I have to wake up early on Saturday for spin" was a sentence that would ever come outta my mouth until I got hooked on Danny's class.
Take Nicholas' class...excruciating, but well worth it. Toughest I've been to.
This place is amazing! The staff is lovely and now there's hot water!- If you want to sweat your ass off & feel like you can conquer the day take a class w/ MB or Melanie. Guaranteed.
Marvin is the most amazing instructor, best SOULdier, sexiest moves.

Parker's class is awesome- inspirational, sweaty and great music!!
