Get here at least 15 mins before your class to set up your mat. Some classes get packed and you want to get a comfortable spot.

The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is fantastic. They really welcome you with open arms if it's your first time doing yoga

Friendly place w/ small classes (most I've experienced was 30 people), so instructors know you by name and help/encourage you. Check out their site to find out when favorite instructors are teaching!

Great place. One shower, two restrooms, and a few changing rooms, but large enough communal area to prepare/recover for the 90-minute session. Recently added Saturday afternoon classes (not crowded).

Be on time. Don't mind a little sweat. Or a lot of it. Great space, friendly teachers, no judgements.

Love the feeling after the 90 minutes not so much the 90 minutes of hotness... Great teachers.. Strict about tardiness... They will close the door after 1 minute of the scheduled class time

The back corners of the room are the hottest, the center of the room has the best air circulation .. Chose wisely!
