- Paul AngusNovember 10, 2014One of the best business class lounges. Excellent food (and I mean that), and good selection of alcohol. They even have a draft beer tap so you can pour your own Tiger! Only neg is its big and busy.
- Very relaxing lounge with good food selection. Only accessible is you travel business class or are PPS member.
- Cynthia DrescherJuly 3, 2013Lovely corner of TWG teas. Grab a few packets to take home. "Singapore Breakfast" is the First Class SQ blend.
- John ChinelloJanuary 5, 2013Love this place. Nice bathrooms and showers. There is a self serve draft beer tap of Tiger Beer. Side note: do not go to Ultimate Spa down the hall. My massage therapist fell asleep on me!
- Cheen The CuriousAugust 7, 2019Leather shoe polish machine. They hv this machine in the men's toilet. Just position your foot (with your shoe on) & press the brushing button
- Lee Soon GuanMay 5, 2015Wide array of food and drinks. Comfortable seats, great Internet provisions, super Wifi, professional and polite service....A+++
- Torzin SApril 30, 2016The lounge service for late night fright is just simply nothing remarkable, almost similar with the gold lounge only more quieter and spacious.
- If you're a Gold Velocity member with @VirginAustralia this is the lounge you can use in T2 at Changi Airport #Singapore. Don't forget to arrange entry when you check in at airline check-in counter
- Despite the fact that you may be a Gold member, if you happen to be on a Silk Air fare, you get no entry. Loyalty for booking with SG is lost on these people.
- Inez 1000September 15, 2014So much better than sq lounge in Melbourne... They do have facilities (shower and restrooms) good food.. Muzak ca va... Nice place to wait for departure
- A HAugust 26, 2016Clean, small lounge with almost no choice of decent food and drinks. Staff is friendly.
- Try the vegetarian curry with the steamed rice on the other counter. A nice little pre-flight mini-meal.
- rrrr H.June 12, 2016I don't understand why there's only a few outlets near the wall. I thought airport lounges would have outlets next to every single seat nowadays.
- Breakfast menu never change and always Nasi lemak. I hate it. I'm going down for breakfast. Only good is you can read your papers on the morning and privacy in the lounge
- Much better than the old SATS lounge that StarAlliance members used to use. Enjoy the new lounge!
- Every now and then they serve cream of tomato soup. Best I've ever tasted, *anywhere*.
- Rudolf WalserFebruary 12, 2012The double roasted pork was nice...slim choice of drinks and that is not a bad thing either !
- Morning menu must haves: siew mai x carrot cake x char siew pao! 😋😋😋
- Adamas IAugust 28, 2014Being StarAliance Senator, I was surprised by refusal to let in my guest, who was traveling on British airlines. I am disappointed. P.s. Fish snack was very nice.
- Love their coffee...I always make it my own way...2 expresso with steam milk and 1 spoon of brown sugar...
- Look at the earlier photos. Nostalgia. The lounge will be refurbished in a week's time. Hopefully it'll look better than this 1980's coffee house look. The food is pretty dec

- Steve WilsonJanuary 7, 2013Uncomfortable seats, crammed in, awful muzak, noisy staff, no quiet area. Okay snacks and drinks for a short stop but pretty awful if you've got more than an hour to kill.
- The beef short rib and cheng teng is GOOD! Come for dinner.
- Seats too low to eat! Pregnant lady will have problems bending so low to eat. So will larger/taller frames. Not comfortable. SQ should do better.
