This has to be Harlem's best barber shop! The owner has a lot of skilled barbers on staff and the prices are good.- Alex JamesDecember 18, 2013When I questioned her about that, she gave me plenty of attitude and told me if I had someone else to braid my hair, I should go to them. I took off a whole day of work to get my hair braided.
