- Originally Chinese Pauper Hospital, was renamed to TTSH in the 1850s. Tan Tock Seng & his family were benefactors, tiding hospital over during early years, incl initial construction. Source: Wikipedia
- Buy 1 facemask (50-cents) from Pharmacy (or the bookshop) fr 8:30am. Mask-wearing remains a requirement in healthcare settings where there is interaction with patients & in indoor patient-facing areas
- The hospital has moved twice. Originally built at Pearl's Hill in 1844, it finally sunk roots here in the Moulmein area in 1909 (and has grown in footprint!)

Dun accept any Grabfood order to this location because the security die die want you park at carpark and do not allow you to stop outside the entrance even for a minute. Management order.

Really hate coming here. The waiting time is relatively longer as compared to other hospitals
Go medical centre sandwich vendering machine buy ta chunky chicken omelette. Very nice:-)

On level 3 there's a nice atrium where u can hang out and a 7-eleven! Cool!
Sheila MansorJanuary 9, 2011System at times suck... D best is dat if u r last on the waiting list n there is a available slot u can't enter until the person in front of u goes up n down again. Crazy right!!!
Annex building - take d lifts at south wing. Less packed and u'll reach office faster!
Visiting hours are from 12pm-2pm and 5pm-8pm. Go earlier for daily registration!
Really hate the limited parking space here. Need to spin 10 rounds and fight for a spot

Car park is super ex! They think we all earn big bucks like doctors! Suggest tp park at nearby Velocity instead.
Damn difficult to find parking lots! Always have to come at least 30min earlier to wait for a lot...
