- IchaAugust 13, 2014Wlpn CSnya byk dan ramah tp coubter yg diisi hy 6 dr 10 counter. Antrian pjg dan lama. Cm citi check in bs 1 jam antri. Hrsnya ada counter khusus. Best sevice award hrsnya on board dan off board.

- lebih banyak staff yg mondar mandir drod counter yg buka... gila bner ancurrrr pelayanannya...

- rahardi darmagiriNovember 17, 2013Ga ad perubahan. Tetep aja pelayanan lambat, disertai dengan minimnya personel. Dari 10 counter hanya ada 4 CS nya. Jika anda ada time limit bersiap2lah untuk kecewa.. Untung security cukup membantu
- Loketnya yg buka paling banter cm 3, kalo keburu2 mending langsung airport/web...
- GFF counter di sini gak full service ternyata, tetap mesti ke Gunung Sahari...:(
