I can't believe I never tried hot yoga before coming here! Amazing studio design. Wish they would share their playlists on Spotify! You really must bring a mat towel, face towel, and water bottle.

Which you probably will because the instructors are so sweet and personable!- The hot fusion class is awesome! Keely was a great instructor and the studio is so nice and clean. Definitely recommend going!
Very disappointed in CPY corporate's decision to so severely thin out their level 1 and 1.5 classes. Sadly this place is no longer beginner friendly, I will soon be seeking a new place to practice.
Always being a towel and water for the best possible experience. These classes carve some serious abs with heat and core work.
