Tanjong Rhu name comes fr casuarina trees (casuarina littoria), "pokok ru" in Malay, that grew along d beach (yes, this was a beachfront). Had to raise my hands above people in front of me to capture the fireworks reflections on water.
- Cheen The CuriousApril 19, 2014Really serene place (quiet, birds, water & greenery). However, no legal parking lots ard. Unless u know ppl @ enclosing condos, park @ Indoor Stadium (1km away), & cross suspension bridge
Great for a jog with it's flat terrain along the river or a yoga workout. Little crowds :)
