Favorite instructor is without a doubt Chelsea. Definitely start with a beginner class if you work out often or are physically fit. You'll get your monies worth!

A great workout! Try Sydney's class! She's tough! Don't forget to bring water & a towel.

Try Rocky or Nadyia's class fora nurturing workout that still kicks your butt.
