- Best for trips from Castro to any point on Embarcadero. Board at 17th and Castro, bring a book, and let the world shuffle by. BTW, the orange, Italian cars look cool but are super uncomfortable.
- Bennett W WongJuly 5, 2016This is a great route to get on whether you want to go to Ferry Plaza or Fisherman's Wharf. It's also busy with tourists getting on and off. Some of the tourists are very nice though.

- Timothy GoynesAugust 22, 2011The F-Line is a bit slower but if you're just going to Civic Center it's not a bad ride. Plus you dint get stuck in the tunnel.
- Be sure to stand in the back of the train to make room for others. And exact change needed.
- Pull the cord to request a stop. Remember to exit through the rear!!
- Cheap ride to the waterfront on historic street cars. $2 (.75 seniors)

- Glen CantrellDecember 27, 2010Tourists suck... why do we locals subject ourselves to this line? Lesson learned.
