There's a lady here who calls your name when the drink is done. She always has a sincere smile on her face and it makes my day when I stop by before work.

Get there way before your train or bus. Its packed!!! Staff is very nice though and work hard to get you out asap

considering they are located in a transit hub, compared to other hubs they work pretty slow. be prepared to wait and watch the time crawl by before having to leave to catch your train/bus- Good service. Crowded in morning and early evenings though.

Dig it, carry-on. Chet Baker's in strong rotation this week. Jazzzzzzz.- Ridiculous lines. Be prepared to wait... it's almost worse than NY Penn Station.
