It's always a good sign when there's a line for an authentic truck. Great food truck where the ingredients are fresh. The buche taco is very good.

6 PM to 11 PM. Open Everyday. Ask for the burrito "open", they will then hand it to you, unwrapped. add nopal salad & super-thick guacamole and wrap.
