I own a SC-430. The last 2 service trips here, they damaged my car. 1st time they severely scratched my right front fender. The 2nd time I had the wheels rotated and they chipped paint on 3 of them!!

To ALL PROSPECTIVE LEXUS BUYERS- I rarely feel compelled to write a review about good service, but dealing with Lexus of Clear Lake and Kevin Tran was a notable and memorable exception.BRAVO!!

3rd time I have had to return to this dealership in the last 18 mo due incompetence resulting in damage to my vehicle. Today I’m back because they over torqued my oil filter resulting a leak. Unreal!
