Decent self serve yogurt place with lots of choice and wide range of toppings. Salted caramel and Graham crackers are nice, cookie dough and turtle caramel toppings also nice

Gummy bears vary at different 16H locations. The big gummy bears here make it a destination. Beware of UWS children trying to stick their hands into toppings on weekends & summer evenings.

Utter chaos, poor organization and gross buckets of toppings end with watery frozen yogurt. Go to pinkberry or grom, each only a block away with far superior products and a more pleasant experience.
