Not only the BEST ramen in Sacramento but also a Top 5 ramen spot in all of Northern California. Shoki is minimum 10 times better than any other ramen in Sacramento.

Raman is good, not the best in town, but good. Lots of vegan and vegetarian choices. Don't forget to add an egg they don't come standard.

The closest thing to ramen back in SoCal. The dashi(soup) was good, along with chewy noodles. This is just falls into the category of I would come here again and again...

Prices have gone up. But they have really cool iPad's to place your order now and they have new menus. they also give you the option to pay for everything before they give it to you... Hummm...

Gluten free folks, the gluten free tan tan men is great! The yam noodles are worth the extra dollar.

Spicy lovers: super spicy is too spicy, extra spicy has zero kick. Ask for the middle of these. Also, reg sz ramen is pretty small, you prob want the large.

Ordered extra noodles after I finished my bowl, kaedama style. It took them a while to get it out, so I was worried about the broth getting cold, but our server warmed it up again!

Good vegetarian options, the soy milk broth is tasty. Ask for sesame seed oil.

Have been a customer for awhile. Service was initially great but has been getting worse. Tonight, we gave up and walked out. The food is great but without service, it's not worth it.

I had the vegetarian spicy tan tan. It was alright. A little greasy, but definitely healthy. Food took a while and it was very crowded and loud. Not very roomy either.
