The staff here is so wonderful, patient and knowledgable. I was intimidated at first to do the run analysis, but was made to feel so comfortable. Can't wait to get on the road with my new sneakers!

Awesome service, prompt and knowledgable. I used to frequent NY running company but these guys won me over with their service and loyalty program. Limited clothing selection but gets the job done.

The staff is awesome - they're patient and make an otherwise tedious process (finding a proper running shoe) fun. Plus, gotta love the treadmill tests & loyalty program!

Store staff is always knowledgeable, never pushy. The Time Warner location is bigger, but I’m not an athlete so the 72nd & 14th St boutiques work fine 4 me. Ask about the rewards program, 👍🏾

I just started running again and excellent help in selecting new shoes. They shot a video of my running style and were very informative on the different types of shoes.

Joahna was extremely nice and very helpful. It was a pretty big surprise seeing how the wrong shoe affected my running. I went in looking to only browse but happily bought a pair.

The staff is very nice and not pushy! The main reason why I got my new pair of running shoes. Very decent store but need more selection or varieties from the brands the sell.

A staple store for any triathlete. A great selection of gear that athletes REALLY use. Bring used sneakers here to be donated!
