Gilt CityDecember 14, 2011Everything at Roots—from the mozzarella to the sausage to the sauce—is freshly made from scratch, in-house. As they say at Roots, “the only thing we keep in the freezer is ice.”
Pizza is in the name, but their salads are great. Very filling and lots of variety. There's even a salad with grilled calamari.
The Italian beef sandwich is absolutely to die for. Get it with mozzarella and hot peppers. Choice of waffle fries, sweet potato tots, or broccoli. It's a huge sandwich.

Plenty of outdoor seating & you can view the TVs from outside, so it's perfect for watching games! Plus great salad, pizza, & calzones

Great regional beer selection. Build your own salad is cool. Everything else is on the heavy side.
Sit at the bar and order yourself a beer, mozzarella sticks and a pizza. You'll be happy you did.
It just opened on May 31, give it a couple of weeks to get service right. Place is too big for the staff to currently handle. Be ready for loud people enjoying the libations. Nice sitting with windows

Really good pizza and the fresh squeezed lemonade is awesome. If you want a mixed drink ask for a Naughty Lemonade.

Emerson RuizJanuary 7, 2017Ummm...it's ok. The pizza crust is sweet like a honey wheat flavor. Chicken tortilla soup is good but skip the bread bowl. It sucked! Service is decent. Nothing special.
