Good spot to stop and stretch on a run. Of if you're there to enjoy the sun - bring a bagel from Bagels on the Square on Carmine/Bleecker or get a popsicle from Organicoa on the pier!

Still cruisy, still GAY, in spite, their effort. The Grade A beef on the run, doesn't hurt either. But is also good for a romantic date on the lawn, with a discreet bottle of wine don't get a ticket

Come here on hot city weekends to watch attractive men, soak up some sun and feel the river breeze.
Just lay down for some sun in the summer. Great place.
Watch the chelsea boys roast under the sun on sunday afternoons, and come back at night to catch the gay kids voguing and acting out.
Great place for a tan, when you can't get out of the city for the beach. side note- no sand in your a** crack.
