- Tap at street level before entering elevator—no ORCA readers in the tunnel. And there’s finally cell service down there, but sadly, no WiFi yet. It’s clean and spacious with cool art, though!

- Stop and have a visit around all the stations along the MLK. Lots of shopping and great, cheap eats!
- Tap your Orca card before you get into the elevator!
- Checkout the lightstick inside the tunnel. These lights are a single column of LEDs, but as the train moves past them, they look poster sized. Often cards or "Good Evening"
- If you squint, you'll feel as though you're in London or NYC.
- Actually in the tunnel the bus is exactly as fast from union station to westlake.
- Enjoy the colorful creature sculptures above the platforms.
- Use the cross walks when crossing Beacon Ave, please!
