- Blair AllenSeptember 15, 2018Chuy's is a Texas institution - most Texans are 33% Jalapeno Ranch, true story. Pop over for lunch or dinner any day for the friendliest service. Happy Hour is 4-7 and they have a FREE nacho car!
Waitress is killing it in the bar area doing so well! Ask for the ranch and hatch sauce. I usually get the big as yo face burrito does the body good.

Please to your servers and bartenders accordingly. They all make $2.13/hr. 20% is the acceptable tip percentage!
Southwestern enchiladas are the way to go. Don't be scared by the fried egg!

The creamy jalapeno dip rock...and so does the elvis memorial combo.
You don't need a menu. Just order the Chuychanga with Hatch Green Chile sauce.
