- Gilt CityJanuary 3, 2012The Indian food station offers wraps and curry bowls, the Japanese station offers sashimi salad and sushi, and the Vietnamese station offers rice/noodle bowls and bánh mì.
- Ann SwellcityguideOctober 1, 2016Love the fresh sushi. Made to order and can be customized. Great catering via their eat at bamboo website with very reasonable prices.

- Steffie Pardo HarnerJanuary 17, 2013When getting the Trio Sashimi bowl you might want to ask for extra sashimi! There's little in comparison to the rice.

- Mel MendozaAugust 8, 2014I've only tried the Vietnamese Shaking Beef w/ Noodles w/ Siracha & fried figs is pretty awesome!
- lunaniOctober 17, 2014It's alright. Great if you have time for only a quick bite to eat; there are lines, but they move quick! A little pricey and a little too health conscious but that's what you get for the area.
- The sushi with snow crab and salmon is delicious. Friendly staff and good service.
- I think I've only ever gone with Indian here, though I'm sure their Vietnamese and Japanese food is good too.
- Munch On MeSeptember 12, 2011Quinoa and Tofu, an absolutely dazzling dish with marinated aged tofu, earthy quinoa seeds, and soft zucchini in a luscious sweet chili sauce. Read more
- Annie 🌺 JalotaFebruary 10, 2018Food is decent, average for around here (~$13 with tax and tip). Ordering was a little confusing - I did the Japanese bowl, and didn’t realize menu was in reverse order. Veg friendly.
- :)December 14, 2011This place is great. Three different countries food in buffet/make your own style. I like the Vietnamese the best.
- Liz PallattoMarch 3, 2014Ask for a bamboo bowl if you are staying in to eat and you will save some garbage
- The Sunny Saigon salad is the low carb version of the Firebird Bowl.
- Amanda MorelandSeptember 12, 2015This place is generally great, but they have been out of quite a few of their ingredients recently.

- Debra MugnaniFebruary 15, 2012They are playing wonderful tango music here. Great change of scenery from my office!
- Nikki ChauAugust 15, 2013Quite possibly the worst vegetarian banh mi I've had (and I'm a banh mi monster). Bread was chewy, tofu was incredibly salty. Could not, and did not finish.
- Vietnamese sesami chicken with peanut sauce...yummeee
- Katie RileyJuly 6, 2015I'm generally a fan of this place, but skip the "eggplant chips" on the Vietnamese dishes; they're totally burnt and gross
- Camilla CJuly 31, 2013Love the concept but doesn't work. Poor ingredients and the bowl I for (Buddhabowl) was almost inedible.
- Terence ChanApril 5, 2015Good for speed but quality lacks. Sushi was average and fell apart. It's factory style so can't expect much.
