As someone who has been to Uruguay and eaten chivitos there, I can certainly tell you that this food truck is the real deal. SO good. Gotta get the steak.... marinated in mojo sauce....classic style.

Update: Operator not shocked/may have already realized their (presumably honest) mistake. Upon warning that Food Permit's are revoked for this, he returned $ & made correct sandwich. Tasty, but messy.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and my mom got a chicken bowl. Her chicken bowl was mediocre, but instead of chicken, I was given a half-eaten (visible bite marks) steak sandwich. Avoid like the plague
