- Serious EatsSeptember 17, 2013One of the best French bakeries in the borough with great bread and some standout sweets—especially the bread pudding.
- Vivian RamirezSeptember 26, 2016A saving grace in queens. This place has some of the absolute best bread in the city. Bakes in house. Almond croissants/coffee are next level. But so is everything else.just don't expect to dine in.
- Fresh bread and pastries (try the scone) and they have salads in the fridge. There's also cold brewed iced coffee, but no bathroom.
- Baguettes are top-notch as are the croissants, pastries, etc. But my tip is about the scrambled egg breakfast on weekends. Not on the menu, but it exists. Comes with side of bread and butter. 🍞☕️😍
- This is a great boulangerie! The orange brioche was perfection and the baguette one of the best you can find anywhere in NYC
- The line can be a bit chaotic and unorganized but it's worth it. If you see seats open up at the communal tables, try to snag them. The espresso, croissants, quiches and homemade jams are all musts!
- As much as I LOVE their coffee, I look forward to having their tea, on my next visit. Of course, as usual, the staff is wonderful, and the pastries divine.
- All of their soups are delicious, but their chicken soup is my favorite. With some artisan bread and butter, and a coffee, and a great dinner is served!
- Jason SJune 25, 2013A fantastic cafe and bakery, featuring classic french bread, pastries and coffee. Everything is made on site and fresh. Croissants are excellent here - Francois Payard who?!?!
- Genevieve HMay 27, 2013Amazing croissants-both sweet and savory. Best bread in New York. Feels like you're in France. Just got new espresso machine from Florence-great coffee is on the way.
- If you are in the mood for tea, get the "Rainforest." Add some honey and it is like a dessert soup of complete refreshing breath of fresh air. Utmost excellent tea I have ever had.
- I love the variety of pastries! The staff is wonderful, the prices are good, especially given the quality, and the location is just right!
- Juliette HApril 7, 2013The best croissants in New York City (and I'm French.). It gets completely packed on weekends, but it is worth it to stay and enjoy your delicious meal.
- Puck up a brioche loaf and run across to the Natural to grab some fresh berries and use to make the best French toast w/ berry compote. Crazy good!
- Shari Marie ROctober 14, 2013The chocolate éclairs were so good, as was the jasmine tea and chocolate croissant. We didnt try the chicken soup but it looked homestyle and smelled divine.
- Daria JaneDecember 30, 2014The almond croissants are AMAZING. The coffee and pastries are also very good. The space could be bigger but the atmosphere is very nice.
- Deborah BJanuary 13, 2016Love this bakery! They have awesome baguettes and baked goods. The only downside are the long lines and limited seating.
- I'm partial to their miniature pumpkin pies, but I have enjoyed all of the desserts that I have purchased there to date.
- Kimmie OhhDecember 2, 2019Love all their croissants but love their almond croissant the best. Get their lattes too.
- Almost everything. Great gourmet style food and terrific coffee. Pastries are to die for.
- sara ngMarch 9, 2014Pastries pop fresh from the oven at 7AM, 11AM, and 2PM, daily. Don't miss out on the almond croissant.
- Love the croque-monsieur sandwich and the croissants are excellent.
- The best croissants and the homemade jam is to die for!! The people working there are very cool also!
- Caribbean QueenJuly 23, 2014The baguettes are my guilty pleasure, be sure to stop by when they are making crepes, the best crepes around here😊
- Great staff until today, some prick kid threw the sandwiches in the bag then placed the soup on its side so it leaked.
- Lauren ButlerApril 20, 2012Delicious quiche Lorraine, baguettes, croissants, coffee - I've yet to find a fault (besides it getting too crowded to eat sometimes).
- The Madeleines are delicious, and so is their bread pudding. Great service, wonderful staff.
- Everything is great here, but I especially love their soups, pastries, and COFFEE!
- The almond croissants are delicious! You can also see the bakers working on the next batch of deliciousness thru the windows
- BEST CROISSANTS IN THE WORLD! Better than in France ;) Coffee is very good!
- You are not worthy of this bakery. Bow your head to the fresh baked breads. Show some respect. Eat some croissants.
- Jingyi FengJanuary 30, 2016This one tastes sooooo good! Mixed flavor of wine and fruit... I just don't know what it's called though.
- Christina C.September 27, 2013The croissants are delectable! Everything is delicious here. You can't go wrong with anything you order.
- Great place but they absolutely need to plan for the weekend rush. They constantly run out of croissants and other baked goods.
- Delicious bread, coffee and omlettes in an adorable setting at a fair price! Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
- Delicious soups & salads on top of all the yummy baked goods. Love the flan too
- A gem in the neighborhood, comparable to Maison Kaiser, but dining space is unbearably limited (1 communal table and 2 smaller tables)
- Joel WeissmanDecember 7, 2014Breads, quiche, croissants, sandwiches and let's not forget their chicken soup. Yummmm!
- Croissants are buttery delicious, though maybe a bit too crisp on the outside. A great addition to Forest Hills.
- Joseph TamAugust 22, 2011Some additional food menu items would make this a killer brunch spot, but the baked goods are excellent!
- You can taste each of their loaves of bread before buying . Be careful! You may leave with one of each loaf!
- The best mult-grain bread I've tasted - holidays it's a good idea to order before- but it's worth it!
- Once again, I received service with a smile, before enjoying a tres magnifique meal.
