On the weekends, the chef of 3-Sum Eats takes over the kitchen at Bruno's for the best brunch imaginable. (And yes, mac and cheese spring rolls are on the menu)

Same people behind 3sum eats, so they have the Mac & cheese spring rolls and such. Cool bar too. And they put bacon in the bloody mary's.

It's okay, but not great. Has the feeling of being overhyped for what it is. Kind of belongs in Palm Springs rather than SF given the laconic pace of service. 
