    Nice Neighborhood to Live-In. Low Key, Not as expensive as Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey or SAnta MOnica. Close to Everything. Only 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins to LAX, 15 mins to DTLA/ The SFV.

    Erase LA’s image. This is a higher-end area with low crime and high quality of living, at a price. I grew up in Mar Vista (Hill) and I could hope for nothing more. Close to everything worth living for

    Nice neighborhood! Million dollar views in that area by Inglewood & Palms. Views of Century City/ The beach towards Bundy near Santa Monica Airport. Good schools. Lots of restaurants nearby.
