After hearing many tales of debauchery, this road was surprisingly tame. Good nightlife and plenty of nice bars for a beer. Streets round here flood easily in tropical downpour - wear cheap flip flops

The infamous entertainment area in BKK. A partying-vibe complex popular among tourists aswell as the locals esp the young hipsters and art students. My fav place is the BRICK BAR and HIPPIE de BAR. ♥

An area of numerous guest houses for backpackers. The road is closed to most vehicle traffic allowing for a living street scene of food stalls, vendor booths along with cultural shows and events.

The only way to describe it is intergalactic. Don't be confused by all the conflicting opinions on forums. Definitely stay near here if you aren't boring. If you are boring stay in Sukhumvit.
