All the Instructors are awesome and have their strengths. There are no bests, except for The Sweat Shoppe for hiring an outstanding group

Rafael's class is tough but motivating. Best playlist ever. Be prepared to work. They do not mess around. They don't laugh when we dance on our bikes either. That's a big plus!!

Great, though difficult, and I'm not sure I see the physical benefit of the heat? But plan on a celeb sighting!
