- Ben MackeyMarch 17, 2018Come here on the weekend and watch chefs and Chinese grandmothers all shopping for Asian produce. Get dumpling wrappers, fresh vegetables, fresh seafood and much more!
- Incredibly cheap groceries and lots of options. If you come between 6pm ans close items at the prepared meats counter are discounted because they must be sold fresh every day.
- Serious EatsMarch 12, 2013Everything under one roof: a huge array of Chinese and Asian goods, butcher, fishmonger, steam table for a quick lunch to go, rotisserie, bakery, huge produce section and huger frozen section.
- Richard RichOctober 20, 2017Be careful when you buy the cooked BBQ food. I got shorted on a half of Soy Sauce Chicken. The guy wanted to chopped a fresh one for me and I am missing the drumstick. You can't see what he does
- Ms HeleneJanuary 2, 2013Seems very authentic going by the customers, fresh produce including BBQ meats, groceries, fruit, veges and even homewares. A one-stop shop for all your Asian food needs.
- Serious EatsSeptember 24, 2013The bakery section here is making some commendable wife cakes. Large for their price and darn tasty too.
- Saif DiaMarch 1, 2017Great selection and great prices, but do price check the more commonly available products as some are pricey
- Christen DuongFebruary 28, 2012The nicest supermarket in Chinatown, and I mean that in a nice, not trying to pick a safe place for Westerners kind of way. Go for sauces and packaged goods.
- KarenJune 30, 2018The market is a little small, but has very fresh fruit and vegetables! The lines are not too crazy.
- Lina TrifonDecember 7, 2015A huge market with a lot of cheap products. A field day for vegan / vegeterian / asian quisine lovers.
- Best full scale Chinese supermarket I've seen in nyc. For californians, this is as close as you're gonna get to Ranch 99.
- Vincent ChuSeptember 14, 2014It's a zoo in there. Aisles are too narrow, and they leave boxes of un-shelved merchandise on the floor, making it hard to get through the store. This should be reported to the better business bureau
- Alex MizrahiSeptember 15, 2012It can get ridiculously crowded, but the prices are better than any chain market in NYC. I imagine it what shopping in Beijing is like.
- Great range of Asian groceries and fruits and vegetables with lower prices
- They sell fish cakes by the pound for hot pot near the fish section~
- Their seafood and meat are very fresh and perhaps the cheapest around. Yet, I found the fruit not so good.
- Huge (for Ctown) new supermarket on Mott. Grab the sale specials because they're unbeatable, but their regular prices are higher than most Ctown stores.
- Edwin ChauJuly 31, 2011They just opened, really clean and wide aisles inside. Prices are a little higher than hong kong supermarket though.
- Kinda dirty and ridiculous price gouging during lockdown...almost the same prices as Whole Foods for regular groceries, $40 for a box of 😷
- Jessie LiangOctober 25, 2012Cashiers doesn't care. Prices are overpriced & they don't stock according to labels. Lines can get really long especially when you have like 6 lines but only 3 is opened
- Long lines!!! The cashier couldnt care less if you're in a hurry.
- Brad LMarch 27, 2014The Siu Yuk (pork with crispy skin) is better than at a lot of places in Chinatown, though not the best I've had.
- Jo ChowJanuary 6, 2012Chinatown prices with trader joe quality. Clean, live seafood, accepts credit card, cooked food cafe, packaged goods. One stop shop for all your needs!
- LokCha ChiffonDecember 4, 2012Gave them a $20, got back a $2 b/c they assumed it was $10!! Adamant they were right I was wrong. wtf!? I am NEVER stepping into this store ever again.
